Brokers at the end of their first four years are required to take separate, 3-hour Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, and Fair Housing courses. This 45-Hour package is for these brokers only.

Each course consists of online text organized by topic into lessons. Lessons are laced with hypertext links to an extensive real estate glossary.
