Three Course Prelicense Package (with live study sessions)

The pre-license package includes:

• All Three Qualifying Courses (Principles, Practice, plus one more course);
• Over 1,000 written practice questions with explained answers (bound book);
• Four Audio CDs containing a condensed version of the crash course;
• Live One-Day Weekend Crash Course

This pre-license package includes Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one other course from a designated list provided by the DRE. You will choose the third course from a drop-down menu on a subsequent screen.

Each course includes a printed textbook, on-line homework assignments, and online final exam. These courses have been approved by the California Department of Real Estate and fulfill the education requirement to qualify for the state-administered examination. $10 will be added to your order for shipping and handling. In addition to the written book of state exam practice questions, you will receive a set of four audio CDs. These CDs contain a condensed version of the class presentation and are a great way to increase your study time. Use the CDs when driving, at the gym, or even in the shower – without much effort you'll pick up key points essential to passing your state exam.

Lastly, the live one-day weekend crash course ties everything together and gives you a last minute briefing on the state exam and provides Hot Questions.

The Real Estate Principles course is a home-study course with live study sessions to review the week's reading and to go over homework assignments. This is a six week program with study sessions scheduled one-a-week from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Study sessions are conducted by experienced McMillin branch managers who work in the field on a daily basis and are able to give some practical application to the material and field those difficult questions only an experienced agent can answer.

This course is approved by the California Department of Real Estate and fulfills the educational requirement to qualify for the state administered salesperson examination.
